Brooke Adler

Punk aesthetics are a core component of the Fructose Samurai's style, and Brooke Adler's look is a mixture of punk & biker. It can be seen in her hairstyle, her makeup, and her clothing choices.

To mix punk and biker styles sounds at first like a pairing of opposites. A mismatch of worlds that coexist like oil and water. To be sure, there are differences, but there's also an overlap. A commonality that links them through philosophy. When we think of the punk movement, we think about rebellion. We think about individuality. We think about freedom. Which is, among other things, a core component that also drives the biker. Pun, of course, intended.

It's that cross section where the styles blend, not clashing, but complimenting. 

For many, the biker conjures a highly specific image. The leather clad road warrior with an embroidered motor club patch emblazoned on the back of his jacket, riding a chopper towards a rustic bar on an open stretch of desert highway.

That isn't Brooke.

She's the other kind of biker. The one not attempting to escape the city, but instead, dominating it through sheer force of gasoline powered will. Cruising the streets in a Ducati built entirely for speed and attitude. Brooke rides not to escape, but to embody. She's everywhere, all at once, moving faster than the dangers of the city can chase.

Brooke's style is that of a woman free of entanglement. Effortlessly cool, and a with sense of adventure not intimidated by danger. Leather jackets are accented with studs while torn rocker tees held together by safety-pins and luck dazzle underneath. Her jeans are rugged Levi's, complimented with equally rugged brothers and sons biker boots. Brooke's hair, a blunt bob with a shaved nape undercut, only accentuates the punk style within her soul.

Brooke is a fighter, cruising the city streets as a guardian angel, the roar of her engine a warning to the demons and the dangers beyond that she's ready to accept the fight.
